Not at all. Some previous baking experience will make things a little easier because croissants can be quite a challenging bake, but I do take you through right from the beginning so you are in safe hands!
No, as with all my courses all you'll need is flour, salt and water. To bake your croissants you just need a baking tray and some greaseproof paper. A turkey bag for proofing would be helpful but not required (more details on this in the course).
